The new style honours many of the comments we got. This is a big step forward for the project, and we would like to thank everybody who contributed to these efforts. Mediawiki logos series#
The new series will be useful for users to learn about SMW, but also for wiki communities and tool developers to showcase their projects. The homepage also features a new Wiki of the Month section that introduces one exciting and inspiring SMW site each month. The frame, colour scheme, and font will also be used to create a more unified appearance for logos of SMW extensions. Downloadable versions of the logo can soon be found on the page SMW logo. The new logo provides a expressive, recognisable, and friendly face to the project. The new homepage has a more functional structure and more direct links to relevant sections, while hopefully not being too overwhelming. The SMW Project has launched its redesigned homepage and logo.
